This mixed use development involved the successful resolution of several landlord and tenant issues. We were able to gain vacant possession of the retail space and agree a lease outside the 1954 Act to an existing office tenant. The subsequent uplift in value attracted considerable interest from developers and investors and we successfully sold the property.
