Craven Street Covent Garden London WC2

Craven Street was bought as a wonderful reconstructed period office building in a great location between Trafalgar Square and the Thames river. We undertook a series of complex discussions with neighbouring commercial occupiers as part of our successful attempt to gain planning consent from Westminster City Council for a single 7,500 sq ft residence. We were subsequently approached by a purchaser and sold the scheme in 2012.
